In Los Angeles, Zendaya and Tom Holland were recently seen taking a photo with a Spider-Man statue outside of a comic book shop. Tom famously portrayed the iconic superhero in 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, while Zendaya played his classmate, Michelle ‘MJ’ Jones. The duo was spotted in front of Hollywood’s Golden Apple Comics store on Melrose Avenue.

The two stars opted for a casual look, with Tom wearing a grey Under Armour T-shirt, faded blue jeans, and black Converse Chuck Taylor All Star high top canvas sneakers. Meanwhile, Zendaya sported a white T-shirt paired with cuffed blue jeans and her own black Chuck Taylor high tops. To complete her look, she had a pair of sunglasses resting on her curly hair as they exited the store. Outside the store, Tom had some fun by playfully ducking under a statue of Spider-Man shooting his web-shooters.

Zendaya and Tom opted for a laid-back look, sporting T-shirts, jeans, and black Chuck Taylor high tops. They both posed like Spider-Man next to the statue while a man snapped some photographs of them. The iconic superhero was brought to life by writer Stan Lee and artist Steve Ditko in August 1962, appearing in an anthology comic book. Toby Maguire and Andrew Garfield have previously portrayed the character on the silver screen.

Tom and Zendaya posed alongside the Spider-Man statue with their web-slinging abilities on full display. Fans eagerly await Tom’s return as Peter Parker and Spider-Man in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War set to release on April 27. He will also reprise his role in the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming, which is expected to come out on July 5, 2019. Meanwhile, Zendaya signed on to produce and star in the anticipated biographical drama A White Lie, which tells the story of Anita Hemmings, a light-skinned African-American woman who passed as white to attend Vassar College in the 1890s.
